<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Janise L. Jakubowski,
<br />A Single Person to Heritage Bahk, f/k1a First National Bank and Trust Company in Aurora, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated 07-20-2005 and recorded 8-1-2005 in
<br />Book Number Page Number and/or Instrument Number 0200507387, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
