'I Day m tL~ ' A.D., 2007, between <br />Pioneer Trail Energy, LLC, a Delaware Limited Lia ity Company, whose address is 7878 <br />South 140th Road, Wood River, Nebraska, 68883 hereinafter called "COMPANY," its successors <br />and assigns, and the following named persons, herein,whether singular or plural, called "OWNER," <br />namely: Jerry R. Dibbern <br />15700 West Schimmer Drive <br />Wood River, NE 68883 <br /> <br />/d ..J-o <br /> <br />WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations received, OWNER does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell and convey unto COMPANY, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement .......2.Lfeet in <br />width, being ~feet left, and 25 feet right of the center line as laid out and/or surveyed, or as <br />finally installed on the hereinafter described lands, together with the right to construct, operate, <br />maintain, repair, increase the capacity of, remove, and replace a gas pipeline or lines, including <br />necessary pipes, peIes;. and fixtures, through, over, under and across the following described real <br />estate, situated in the County of Hall State of Nebraska Additionally, OWNER does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto COMPANY, its successors and assigns, a temporary <br />construction easement ~feet in width, being adjacent to previously defined permanent easement. <br /> <br />The North Fifty (50) feet of the South Eighty-three (83) feet, and the West Fifty (50) feet contiguous <br />with the East Line and the South Fifty (50) feet contiguous with the North line in the West Half of the <br />West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W 112, W 112,SE 1/4), the West Fifty (50) feet contiguous with the <br />East line in the South Twenty acres of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1I2,NWI/4), and the <br />East Fifty (50) feet of the South Fifty (50) feet, the East Fifty (50) feet of the North Fifty (50) feet in <br />the Southwest Quarter (SWl/4), of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Twelve (12) West, of the 6th P.M.
