<br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by DAVID J
<br />WETHERILT. AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly
<br />known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS"BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known
<br />as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named
<br />as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated DECEMBER 2.
<br />2003, and recorded DECEMBER 3. 2003 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200315619 regarding the real estate described
<br />in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconvevance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated DECEMBER 2.2003 , executed by DAVID J WETHERILT. AN
<br />UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, and
<br />recorded on DECEMBER 3.2003 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200315619, has been paid on JUNE 4, 2007

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known
<br />as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank,
<br />Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
