<br />WHEREAS, Warren G. Lemburg and Janet M. Lemburg, Trustors, on
<br />the 28th day of July, 2005, made, executed and delivered to Denise
<br />D. Myers, as Trustee, a Trust Deed covering the following described
<br />property:

<br />Lot One(l), Ski Enterprise Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on the 31st day of May, 2007, John A. Wolf, Attorney
<br />at Law was appointed Successor Trustee under said Trust Deed.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trust Deed was given as security for the payment
<br />of Trustor's Promissory Note made on the same date to Woitaszewski
<br />Brothers Land Partnership, Beneficiary, and which Trust Deed was
<br />recorded on the 1st day of August, 2005, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and recorded as
<br />Document No. 0200507429 of such Records; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />such Trust Deed was made has occurred, to-wit: Failure to make
<br />payments in accordance with promissory note.
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned
<br />Successor Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary, has elected
<br />to consider all of the principal and interest due in consequence of
<br />said default, and has elected to sell the real property described
<br />in said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation.
