<br />Notice of default and election to sell is given by Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for
<br />Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />September 20,2004, recorded September 20,2004 as Instrument No. 0200409304, and a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated September 20,2004, recorded September 20,2004 as Instrument
<br />No. 02if409305, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein
<br />QUINTON HENRY WRIGHT AND ANGELA ANN WRIGHT, husband and wife, are
<br />designated as Trustors-Borrowers, and TIERONE BANK, a United States Corporation, is
<br />designated as Trustee and Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust grants to TierOne Bank, Trustee
<br />the power of sale over the following described real estate:

<br />Lot Seventeen (17), in Westwood Park Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more commonly known as 4171 Norwood Drive, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68803
<br />
<br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for Trustee, states that the said Trustors-
<br />Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deeds of Trust by failing to pay the monthly
<br />payments of principal and interest of One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty and 64/1 00
<br />Dollars ($1,280.64) for the months of December, 2006 and January, February, March,
<br />April and May, 2007 plus escrow payments and late charges and monthly payments of
<br />principal and interest of One Hundred Sixty-Eight and 76/100 Dollars ($168.76) for the
<br />months of December, 2006 and January, February, March, April and May, 2007 plus late
<br />charges. As a result ofthis breach, said Beneficiary has elected to exercise the power of sale
<br />and to sell or cause to be sold, the aforeme ioned property to satisfy the obligation of the
<br />Trustee.
