<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases herein after described as 'Deed of Trust' dated May 20, 2005, and filed December 18, 2006, as
<br />Document #0200611150, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Drew Adams and Bethany Adams
<br />as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in
<br />consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured
<br />thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />LOT 7, BLOCK 2, IN THE FIRST ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.

<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
