<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and cDnveys to R.L.Jani.tQ1~ial Sel~v.ices, 2019 William
<br />Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 Grantee, without any covenant or
<br />warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot 7, Block 36, in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated February 26, 1999, and recorded on March 12,
<br />1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 99-102637 wherein Jocelyn B. Tupper, a
<br />single person is named Trustor; and First Union Home Equity Bank,
<br />N.A. is named Beneficiary; and Kirk Meisinger is named Trustee,
<br />wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust
<br />therein expressed, the property above described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $76,500.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by First Union Home Equity Bank, N.A. to First
<br />Union National Bank by an Assignment dated November 29, 1999 and
<br />recorded on January 31, 2000 as Instrument No. 2000-00817 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />Deed of Trust was further assigned to Wachovia Bank of Delaware, NA
<br />by an Assignment dated March 6, 2007 and recorded on March 19, 2007
<br />Instrument No. 2007-02090. That by Substitution of Trustee dated
