<br />That Grantors, John J. Schuyler and Julie Schuyler, husband and wife, John T.
<br />Welch and Joyce M. Welch, husband and wife, James M. Schuyler and Patricia Schuyler,
<br />husband and wife, and Jolyne Nelsen, a single person, in consideration of the sum of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, convey to Charles J. Simons and Jill C. Simons, husband and wife,
<br />Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the
