<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed dated November 7,2006, and recorded on November
<br />21,2006, as Instrument No. 2006-10417, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, executed by Priscilla
<br />Ruiz, Single Now Known As Priscilla Reyes, as Trustor, in which Victor L. Lacy, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives
<br />notice that a breach of obligation for which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such
<br />breach is the Trustor's failure to pay real estate taxes when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed. You
<br />are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and further
<br />notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the Trust Property to satisfy
<br />the obligation under the Trust Deed. The Trust Property affected is:

<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and a tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter
<br />of Section 8, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Southwest Quarter
<br />of said Section 8, said point being 33.0 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter:
<br />thence Southerly parallel to the East line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 30.0 feet; thence
<br />Westerly parallel to the South line of said Block 24, University Place a distance of 139.0 feet; thence
<br />Northerly along and upon the East line of the alley, if extended, in Block 24, a distance of 30.0 feet;
<br />thence Easterly along and upon the South line of said Block 24, a distance of 139.0 feet to the place
