<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer,
<br />
<br />as trustee under the Trust Deed dated JULY 29. 2005, and recorded on AUGUST 5.

<br />2005, as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200507603. and Trust Deed dated JULY 14. 2006, and
<br />recorded on JULY 17. 2006. as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200606356 in the Office of the
<br />Reaister of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, STATE OF NEBRASKA. and executed by MCNELIS
<br />
<br />DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C., A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as trustor, in
<br />
<br />which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, has received
<br />
<br />from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />
<br />that all sums secured by such trust deeds have been fully paid and that such trust deeds
<br />
<br />and the notes secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for
<br />
<br />cancellation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust
<br />
<br />deeds, the said bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, with-
<br />
<br />out warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: MCNELIS DEVELOPMENT. L.L.C..

<br />A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. the partial estate now held by it thereunder, to-wit:

<br />
