Spaulding, a single person, as Trustor on April 22, 2005, <br />in which Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., was named <br />as Beneficia-ry. Said Deed of Trust_was filed for _ :record on April <br />25, 2005 as Instrument No. 200503689 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned <br />to Wells Fargo Bank, NA as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing <br />Agreement dated as of August 1, 2005 Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I <br />Inc. Trust 2005-HE4 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series <br />2005-HE4 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated.
