<br />THAT WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Steven Jay Arnett and Sara Jane Arnett, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to Heritage Bank,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named herein, dated May 25, 2002
<br />and recorded June 13,2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 0200206309 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in
<br />writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
