<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JAMES K JEFFRIES AND }(ELL! J JEFFRIES. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />APRIL 20.2007 and recorded MAY 2.2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200703562 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
