<br />from the date of the levy until the same shall become delinquent, and thereafter any installment including
<br />the first shall draw the legal rate of interest as provided by law according to Section 45-104.02 R.R. S .1943
<br />as amended. Provided however that the owner of any lot, part oflot, land or real estate may pay the entire
<br />assessment herein levied against the same within fifty (50) days from the date of the levy and there upon
<br />such lots, parts oflots, land and real estah..' shall be exempt from any lien or charge therefore.
<br />
<br />Sec. 4. It is hereby acknowledged that the assessments afore said to the following lots have been
<br />paid as of the date hereof: Lot #'s 1,2,7,31,32, & 33, Hoffman 2nd Subdivision, addition to Doniphan,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. No assessment shall be levied against these lots but Hoffman Development, LLC
<br />owes a remaining balance there on of $35,551.09.
<br />
<br />Sec. S. The Village Clerk shall certify this ordinance to the treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />provided by law.
<br />
<br />Sec. 6. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, approval and
<br />pubhcation as requir~d by law, replacing that passed Septemher 2006.
