Streit, being fully sworn upon oath, deposes and says: <br /> <br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is now a member of the firm of :; 'l s (> <br />Ross Engineering, Inc., Lincoln, Nebraska. <br />2. Affiant further states that on December 14, 2006, he completed a survey of Autumn Park Third <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that the original plat of said <br />Subdivision was filed on December 19, 2006, recorded as Document Number 200611206 in the <br />Register of Deeds Office in the Hall County Courthouse in Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re-examined the plat of Autumn Park Third Subdivision, in the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and has discovered an error in the Subdivision Legal Description and <br />Drawing on the plat drawing. <br />4. Affiant further states that the distance along the South Line of the overall boundary showed 510.66 feet, <br />which is to be changed to 510.72 feet. <br />5. Affiant further states that the distance of 510.66 feet in the Subdivision Legal Description should read "a <br />distance of 510.72 feet" instead of "a distance of 510.66 feet". The square feet and area shown near <br />the bottom of the said legal description should read "a calculated area of 654,052.94 square feet and <br />15.015 acres, more or less." instead of "a calculated area of 654,050.10 square feet or 15.015 acres, <br />more or less". <br />6. Affiant further states that the "Curve Data" and "Lot Summary" tables were not on the said plat.
