<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Bruce L Carlson. an unmarried person.
<br />and Janet M Carlson. an unmarried person, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, as Trustee and Beneficiary,
<br />dated 02/03/06, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />document No. 0200601508, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
