Beason, Laurie J. Beason, Michael F. Kivett, Trustee and CitiFinancial, Inc., <br />Inc., (MD), Beneficiary, as defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an <br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Marty K. Beason and Laurie J.
