<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on th~~:P--Poay of May, 2007, Deutsche Bank National Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass Through
<br />Certificates, Series 2004-RII, Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December I,
<br />2004, without recourse, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against Marty K. Beason, Laurie J. Beason, Michael F. Kivett, Trustee and CitiFinancial, Inc.,
<br />Inc., (MD), Beneficiary, as defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an
<br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Marty K. Beason and Laurie J. Beason, husband
<br />and wife, to American Pioneer, as Trustee, for the benefit of Ameriquest Mortgage Company,
<br />Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-
<br />named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
<br />satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that
<br />such deed of trust is dated September 23,2004, and was recorded on October 14,2004, as Instrument
<br />Number 0200410023 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed
<br />to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to~wit:

<br />University Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />recorded on May 10, 2007, as Instrument Number 0200703806 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
