<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Dennis Bruns
<br />and Ann Bruns, Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated March 14,2006 and recorded March 17,2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ball County, Nebraska,
<br />as entered in Instrument #0200602351 and modification dated April 06, 2007 and recorded April 09, 2007 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200702810 of the Trust Deed Records of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
