<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED

<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />
<br />grants and conveys to HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., its successors
<br />
<br />and assigns, 636 Grand Regency Blvd., Brandon, FL 33510, Grantee,
<br />
<br />without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the

<br />following described real estate:

<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island and the westerly
<br />13.2 feet of Fractional Lot 4 and all of Fractional Lot
<br />5 in Fractional Block 7 in Evan's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated February 23, 2006, and recorded on February
<br />28, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200601731 wherein Porfirio A. Casarez
<br />and Nancy K. Casarez, husband and wife are named Trustorsi and
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. 1S named
<br />Beneficiary; and Ticor Title Insurance Company is named Trustee,
<br />wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust
<br />therein expressed, the property above described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $69,500.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
<br />Inc. to HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc. by an Assignment dated
<br />February 15, 2007 and recorded on February 26, 2007 as Instrument
<br />No. 200701439 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
