<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />
<br />Notice is hereby given that Manuel de Jesus Andrade and Maria Trinidad Andrade, husband and
<br />wife, and Nancy K. Andrade Miranda, a single person, Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 18, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200304796 and re-
<br />recorded on September 22, 2004 as Instrument No. 0200409388, which Deed of Trust conveyed the
<br />following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Part of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Ninety-three (93) in the Original Town, now City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
<br />Commencing at a point in the Westerly boundary line of Block Ninety-three (93), said
<br />point being Forty-four (44) feet distance Northerly from the Southwesterly comer of Lot
<br />Five (5) in said Block, thence turning a right angle with said Westerly boundary line of said
<br />Block in an Easterly direction running One Hundred Twenty (120) feet, thence turning a
<br />right angle in a Southerly direction for a distance of Forty-four (44) feet, thence turning a
<br />right angle in an Easterly direction Twelve (12) feet, thence turning a right angle along the
<br />dividing line between Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in said Block, in a Northerly direction
<br />Eighty-eight (88) feet, thence turning a right angle in a Westerly direction for a distance of
<br />One Hundred Thirty-two (132), thence turning a right angle along the Westerly boundary
<br />line of said Lot Five (5), in a Southerly direction Forty-four (44) feet to the place of
<br />beginning,

<br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under
<br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by
<br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Beneficiary
<br />under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said
<br />indebtedness.
<br />
<br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute
<br />the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the
<br />undersigned in writing within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt. In addition, if the
<br />original creditor is different from the above-named creditor, the name and address of the original creditor will
<br />be provided to you if you request this information in writing from the undersigned within thirty (30) days
<br />from your receipt of this notice. Despite the 30-day period mentioned above, we are authorized to continue
<br />this collection action.
