<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 25th, 2006, executed by Leslie's Enterprises, L.L.C.
<br />and John Cunningham, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200609794 in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 2nd day of November, 2006.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />
<br />LOT 7, BLOCK 18, SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated May 25th, 2006, recorded as
<br />Document #0200609794 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 23rd day of May 2007.
