<br />That Grantor, SHARON L. KIRBY, an unremarried widow, in consideration of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, conveys to DANA A. KIRBY, a Single person, Grantee, subject to a S. 50
<br />reservation of a life estate to remain with Grantor, the following described real estate (as

<br />Feet to a stake, thence due West to the Westerly line of the Southeast
