The Petitioner, Holly Kay Ambroz, appears in person, and with her attorney, Kevin A. Brostrom. The Court, after examining the Petition, publication notice, and Affidavit of Publication, approves said service, and after hearing the evidence introduced and being duly advised in the premises, finds as follows: 1. The Petitioner is now and has been a bona fide resident and citizen of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for a period of more than one year immediately preceding the filing of the Petition herein. 2. The name of Holly Kay Ambroz should be changed to Holly Kay Pedrosa. 3. The Petitioner has given due and proper notice of her intention to make application for said change of name in the manner and for the period required by law, and that due proof of said publication and notice has been made. WHEREFORE, IT IS CONSIDERED.
