<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Billy J. Nesiba Jr. and Rhonda L. Nesiba, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 9th day of
<br />February, 2006, recorded on the 15th day of February, 2006, as Instrument No. 200601322 and
<br />200601323 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defmed in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Lot Two (2), Gade Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
