<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer,

<br />as trustee under the Trust Deed dated JULY 29. 2005, and recorded on AUGUST 5. 2005.
<br />
<br />as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200507603, and Trust Deed dated Julv 14. 2006 and recorded on
<br />
<br />Julv 17. 2006, as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200606356. both filed in the Office of the ReQister
<br />
<br />of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, STATE OF NEBRASKA. and executed by MCNELIS
<br />
<br />DEVELOPMENT. L.L.C.. A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. as trustor,
<br />
<br />in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, has
<br />
<br />received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such trust deeds have been fully paid and that such
<br />
<br />trust deeds and the notes secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned
<br />
<br />as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust
<br />
<br />deeds, the said bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, withM

<br />out warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: MCNELIS DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C..
