Defendant is awarded: <br /> <br />East Forty Feet (40') of Lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18), Block <br />Seventeen (17), Original Town of Holdrege, Phelps County, Nebraska <br /> <br />This Decree shall act as a conveyance of Plaintiff's interest in this tract of real estate to <br /> <br />the Defendant. All liens for child support, property judgment, attorney fees and court <br /> <br />costs are released against this tract of real estate. <br /> <br />13. Plaintiff is awarded her Simple IRA and her School Retirement. <br /> <br />14. Plaintiff shall pay the debts to Kearney State Bank, Dale Skow and Sharon <br /> <br />Rinke. Plaintiff shall pay the back taxes to the IRS and the Nebraska Department of <br /> <br />Revenue for the years 2000 and 2002. <br /> <br />15. Plaintiff shall pay the Citibank VISA, the Sears Mastercard and The Wells <br /> <br />Fargo Card. <br /> <br />16. The Defendant shall pay all his personal debts and credit cards. <br /> <br />17. Neither party shall pay spousal support. <br /> <br />18. The back child support owed by Defendant and all arrearage and interest <br /> <br />is released, discharged and satisfied. <br /> <br />19. The property judgment against the Defendant for one-half of the payments <br /> <br />to Kearney State Bank is released and satisfied. <br />
