Plaintiff was present with her attorney, Vince Dowding. The Defendant did <br /> <br />not appear. Evidence was presented to the Court. Upon due consideration, the Court <br /> <br />FINDS AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this <br /> <br />action. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The parties are granted a Decree of Legal Separation. The parties shall <br /> <br />hereafter live separate and apart, but the marriage is not dissolved. <br /> <br />3. The Plaintiff's proposed settlement is approved. <br /> <br />4.
