(J co -.0.- m <br />-.....J rTl ~ ::n :r-'" L~) C> <br />S fT1 ~ ::3 r- :;0 <br />~ 0 r- !> -C <br />N (i'~ (fJ I <br />N \' f'-'-> N <br /> \, C) ::><; <br />N 0 l> <br /> C) --- --- N <br /> G> (JJ N Z <br /> (JJ 0 <br /> DRIVEWAY/ROADWAY EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />WW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 16", C$) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />That THOMAS AND PATRICIA Seely, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Grantors, <br />do hereby grant and convey to Robert and Jean Seely, husband and wife; Peggy and John <br />Lipps, wife and husband; Judy Seely, a single person, and Thomas and patricia Seely, <br />husband and wife, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as <br />Grantees, for the sum of One and No/IOO Dollars ($1.00), and other valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, a driveway/roadway easement <br />over and across the Grantor's property, depicted and described in Exhibit "A," to <br />Grantees' property, described in the upper left hand corner of Exhibit "A" (The <br />Southeast Quarter (SE ~) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska) to give Grantees ingress <br />and egress to their property. <br /> <br />The driveway/roadway easement shall generally follow and be in the approximate <br />location as depicted in Exhibit "A," which shall run across Lot one of Seely Acres <br />Subdivision in a West/Northwesterly and East/Southeasterly angle, of a width to <br />accommodate ingress and egress of farm equipment/machinery.
