<br />QUITCLAIM DEED

<br />KENNETH E. NIENHUESER, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of the
<br />termination of the limited life estate of Kenneth E. Nienhueser granted pursuant to Article VI,
<br />Paragraph B. of the Last Will and Testament of Margaret A. Nienhueser dated March 24,2005,
<br />quitclaims to VICKI R. BARTELS and CHERYL A. CARSTENS, as tenants in common,
<br />GRANTEES, all of GRANTOR'S interest in the following-described real estate (as defined in
<br />Neb. Rev. Stat. .9 76-201) located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />A tract ofland comprising a part of the West Half ofthe Southeast Quarter (W1I2SE1I4)
<br />of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Southwest comer of Lot Two (2) of Schaafs Subdivision, thence Northerly on the
<br />Westerly line of said Lot Two (2) extended a distance of361.3' thence deflecting left 900
<br />and in a Westerly direction, a distance of253.18'; thence deflecting left 900 and in a
<br />Southerly direction parallel to the Westerly line of said Lot Two (2) of Schaafs
<br />Subdivision, a distance of 455.12' to a point on the Northerly County Road Right-of-way
<br />line; thence deflecting Left 110020' and in a Northeasterly direction along and upon the
<br />said Northerly county road right-of-way line, a distance of270' to the point of beginning
<br />and containing 2.37 acres, more or less; and a tract ofland comprising a part of the West
<br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (Wl/2SE1I4), Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Referring to the Southwest comer of Lot Two (2) Schaafs
<br />Subdivision, thence in a Southwesterly direction along and upon the Northerly County
<br />road right-of-way line, a distance of270' to the point of beginning, thence deflecting right
<br />110020' and in a Northerly direction a distance of 455.12', thence deflecting left 900 and
<br />in a Westerly direction 93.77'; thence deflecting left 900 and in a Southerly direction
<br />489.87' to a point on the Northerly County road right-of-way line; thence deflecting left
<br />110020' and in a Northeasterly direction along and upon the Northerly County road right-
<br />of-way line, a distance of 100' to the point of beginning and containing 1.02 acres, more
<br />or less.
