<br />as finally installed on the hereinafter described lands, together with the right to construct, operate,
<br />maintain, repair, increase the capacity of, remove, and replace a gas pipeline or lines, including
<br />necessary pipes, poles, and fixtures, through, over, under and across the following described real
<br />estate, situated in the County of Hall State of Nebraska Additionally, OWNER does
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto COMPANY, its successors and assigns, a temporary
<br />construction easement 15 feet in width, being adjacent to previously defined permanent easement.
<br />The West Fifty (50), feet contiguous with the East line, in the North Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(N1 /2,NW1 /4), of Section Twenty Five (25), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Twelve (12), West,
<br />of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall. County, Nebraska, less a 11.464 acre tract described as:
<br />With reference to the Northwest corner of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N 1 /2,N W 1 /4);
<br />thence running on an assumed bearing of N 90 degrees' 00' 00" E on the North Line of said North
<br />Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1 /2,NW1 /4) for a distance of 555.00 feet to the actual POINT OF
