<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Phillip J
<br />VanDeWalle and Sheila VanDeWalle aka Sheila R. VanDeWalle, Husband and Wife to TierOne Bank,
<br />successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated November 13,2003, and
<br />recorded November 20,2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered
<br />in Instrument #0200315178, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 200204732"
