<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Phillip J
<br />Van DeWalle and Sheila Van DeWalle, husband and wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated July 16, 1997, and recorded July 22, 1997 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #97105832, has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
