<br />Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />June 3. 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _
<br />Page or Instrument Number 97-104321 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
