<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed Deed of
<br />Trust executed October 11, 1996, by STEVEN E. WRIGHT, a single person, Trustor, in which
<br />COMMERCIAL FEDERAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION was named as Beneficiary and
<br />COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, as Trustee, and which was
<br />filed forrecord on October 15,1996, as Instrument No. 96-108110 of the Mortgage Records for Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, COMMERCIAL
<br />FEDERAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., by virtue ofan
<br />Assignment dated July 15, 2005, and filed for record on September 6,2005, as Instrument No. 2005-
<br />08777 of the Mortgage Records for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been
<br />appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK, A FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS BANK, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />LOT 8, IN BLOCK 1 OF KOEHLER PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES~ for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute S 76-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in 9 76-1012.
