<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for thc benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the bencficiary named therein, dated October 2,
<br />2006 and recorded October 2, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Decds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 0200608809, has been paid, and said beneticiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executcd and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordancc with the request of the
<br />beneticiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
