<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and conveys to HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., its successors
<br />and assigns, 636 Grand Regency Blvd., Brandon, FL 33510, Grantee,
<br />without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />Lot Twenty-two (22), West Heights Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated September 3, 2004, and recorded on September
<br />7, 2004, ln the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200408921 wherein Donna J. Tyler, a
<br />single person is named Trustor; and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and Ticor Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $59,000.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to HSBC Mortgage
<br />Services, Inc. by an Assignment dated February 20, 2007 and
<br />recorded on February 26, 2007 as Instrument No. 200701453 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That by
<br />Substitution of Trustee dated February 20, 2007, made by HSBC
<br />Mortgage Services, Inc., Grantor was substituted as Trustee in
