Jacobson, a single <br />person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as <br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200405741 in the Register of Deeds office of <br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 10th day of June, 2004 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled <br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Commercial Industrial Park Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated April 23, 2004, recorded as <br />Document #0200405741 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 10th day of June, 2004, shall <br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, this 16th day of May, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION <br /> <br />By: ;111~ irI ~ <br /> <br />William W.
