<br />Deed of Trust dated April 6, 1995 and recorded as Instrument/Document Number 95-102281, filed on April 13, 1995, in Book
<br />N/A, at Page N/A, of the Official Records, in the Office of the Recorder of Hall County, Nebraska, to the Trustee Andy Baack for
<br />the benefit of Overland National Bank, as original Beneficiary .
<br />Legal Description: LOTS 8, 9, & 10, ARGO SUBDIVISION, VILLAGE OF ALDA, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is successor in interest to the original Beneficiary and is the present Beneficiary under the Deed of
<br />Trust, and desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and stead of Andy Baack.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Beneficiary present owner and holder of the Deed of Trust, does hereby substitute Wells
