<br />Roxann K. Freeman, husband and wife, on the following described real estate, to-wit:

<br />A tract of land being a part of Lots Twenty-six (26) and Twenty-seven (27), County Subdivision of
<br />the West Half (Wl/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SWl/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven North
<br />(lIN), Range Nine West (9W) of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at a point of the north line of said Lot Twenty-seven (27) where said line intersects the
<br />East Right-of-Way line of Cherry Street; thence Easterly for One Hundred Twenty.five feet (125') along the
<br />said north line of Lot Twenty-seven (27), also being the south Right-of-Way line of lih Street; thence
<br />Southerly for One Hundred One feet (101 '); thence Westerly for One Hundred Twenty-five feet (125') to a
<br />point of the east Right-of-Way line of Cherry Street; thence Northerly for One Hundred One feet (101 ')
<br />along the said Easterly Right-of-Way line to the point of beginning.
