<br />NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />14.1 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG AND UPON A LINE 38.9 FEET NORTHERLY
<br />AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOTS 2 AND 3, A DISTANCE OF
<br />75.7 FEET, TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE SOUTEHRLY ALONG AND
<br />UPON THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 3, A DISTANCE OF 38.9 FEET TO THE PLACE

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
