<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by R. L.
<br />Janitorial Services, Inc, A Nebraska Corporation, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, tIle Beneficiary named herein, dated December 28, 2006, and
<br />recorded December 28, 2006, Instrument Number 0200611522 in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:

<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,

<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />prermses:
<br />The Easterly Nine (9) Feet of Lot Twenty Four (24) and all of Lot Twenty Five (25), in block
<br />Ten (10), Parkhill Third Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
