<br />CENTURA HILLS GOLF CLUB, LLC, A Limited Liability Company, herein called the
<br />GRANTOR, for ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION,

<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto:
<br />VILLAGE OF CAIRO, NEBRASKA, A Municipal Corporation
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, GRANTEE, a penllanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to
<br />construct, operate, maintain, repair, remove and replace an underground electric line and
<br />appropriate conduit and surface markers upon, above, across, underneath and through the
<br />following-described real estate in the North Half of the Southeast Quarter(N 1 !2SE 1/4) of Section
<br />18, Township 12 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., in the Village of Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Comer of
<br />the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N 1I2SE 114); said point also being the true point of
<br />beginning; thence N00"53'53" W (assumed bearing) along the West line of said North Halfof
<br />the Southeast Quarter (N1I2SEl/4) a distance of 499.60 feet to the Southwest Comer of an
<br />existing utility easement for the Village of Cairo; thence N89"'OT13" E a distance of 10.00 feet
<br />
<br />along the South line of said existing utility casement; thence SOO" 53' 53" E parallel to the West
<br />
<br />line of said North half of the Southeast Quarter (NI!2SE1I4) a distance of499.62 feet to the
<br />South line ofthe said North Half ofthe Southeast Quarter (N1I2SE 1/4); thence S89-0T 13" W
<br />along said line a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning; said permanent easement
<br />contains a calculated area of 4,996.13 square feet or 0.12 acres more or less.
<br />Together with unrestricted ingress and egress, through and across the above-described tract ofland
<br />for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted. The Grantee covenants that it shall pack the
<br />topsoil in the trenches where the utilities are placed and restore the surface ofthe ground as near as
<br />possible to its present condition.
<br />This casement shall be perpetual and shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the parties
<br />hereto and the successors and assigns of the Grantors.
