<br />HENRY WREN, DECEASED pursuant to the authority of 30-2476 (23) of
<br />the Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and
<br />other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey and confirm unto DAN FOGLAND AND CHRrS FOGLAND, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE, GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as t~nants in common, the
<br />following described real property:
