<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GORDON D.
<br />COBLE and LORI L. COBLE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to TicrOne Bank, Trustee for the benefit of Tier One Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated August 11, 2005 and recorded August 11, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
