The trustor is JEREMIAH J. <br />WEINMASTER, a single man ("Borrower"). The trustee is Thomas F. Vetters ("Trustee"). The beneficiary is <br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), (solely as nominee for Lender, as hereinafter defined and <br />Lender's successors and assigns).
