Sukraw-Lutz was the record owner of said premises. <br />The date the first item furnished and delivered was October 24,2006 and the date of the <br />last item was February 28, 2007. <br />7. The said labor was performed on, and materials were furnished for, <br />delivered at, and used in said real estate on and between the dates specified. <br />8. The prices charged therefore were fair and reasonable and there is now <br />due the sum 01'$8,772.52. <br />9.
