<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar

<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,

<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust

<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby

<br />The Southerly Thirty Five (35) feet of the Northerly
<br />Seventy (70) feet of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block
<br />Three (3), in Lakeview, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 12, 2004, and recorded on April 13,
<br />2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200403606 wherein Jennie Syfrett, a
<br />single person is named Trustor t and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and Ticor Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $64,900.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof.
<br />That by Substitution of Trustee dated February 12, 2007, made by
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Grantor was
