<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under ~,
<br />the Deed of Trust dated June 5, 2003, executed by Daniel L. Fiala and Ernalene J. Fiala; Husband \~""
<br />and Wife, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as ~
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on June
<br />12,2003, recorded as Instrument No. 0200307405, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Fifteen (15) in Scheel's Subdivision, being a Tract ofland in part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SEI/4SWI/4) of Section 32, Township II North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 8th day of May, 2007.
