<br />TRUSTEES DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement executed by Grand Island Little Theater, Inc., a Nebraska nonprofit
<br />corporation, Trustor to AREND R BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of WELLS
<br />FARGO BANK, N.A.. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY CONSOLIDATION TO
<br />THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated June 19, 1998 and recorded June 25, 1998, as Document #98-106146 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />
<br />The Westerly Two Thirds (W2/3) of Lot Six (6), in Block Fifty-Five (55), of
<br />the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premIses.
