<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under ~
<br />the Deed of Trust dated January 27, 2004, executed by Courteney R. Meyer, a Married Person, and ~J:\
<br />Steven E. Meyer, Her Husband, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and 2:::..1
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on February 3, 2004, recorded as Instrument No. 0200400981, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Fifty (50), Potash Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska: a/k/a 120 Beachwood Drive,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
